As a Talent Engagement Specialist at Diageo, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional talent outcomes across your assigned market. You will ensure that key business priorities align with global talent principles such as potential, growth mindset, diversity & inclusion. Your focus will be on using our technology and tools to source talent at scale and pace, building robust pipelines of suitably screened and assessed candidates.

Role Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Own the execution of recruitment processes for entry-level roles and early-career positions.
Talent Pipelines: Develop strong internal and external pipelines using advanced technology and tools.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to guidelines throughout selection and hiring processes.
Employer Branding: Articulate Diageo’s Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition effectively to attract top talent.
Compensation Knowledge: Use deep understanding of Diageo’s reward approach to secure candidate acceptance.
Experience / skills required:
Strong recruiting experience in volume hiring and early-career roles; headhunter experience is valued.
Passionate about people and talent acquisition with outstanding organizational abilities.
Client-centric approach; driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Proficient project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Intermediate-to-advanced computer skills (ATS exposure; PowerPoint; Excel).
Advanced communication skills in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.
4–6 years’ experience in recruitment for consumer companies or sales functions preferred
