The role involves supporting the development of a comprehensive talent CRM platform for tracking individual progress and personalised development planning, designing a structured mentorship programme to attract and onboard new social service sector entrants, and coordinating stakeholder engagement sessions to gather insights from social service professionals.[What you will be working on]
1. Talent CRM Platform Development - Support in building a comprehensive platform to track and manage sector talent, enabling longitudinal progress monitoring and personalised development planning for each individual.
2. Mentorship Framework - Support in designing and implementing a structured mentorship programme to attract, guide, and onboard new entrants into the social service sector.
3. Engagement Coordination - Organise stakeholder engagement sessions to gather ground-level insights and feedback from social service professionals.
