Are you passionate about communications, talent development, or human resources—and eager to gain experience that drives meaningful change in healthcare? As a Talent Development & Capability Intern – Supply Chain at GE HealthCare, you’ll support strategic initiatives that build skills, strengthen culture, and enhance the experience of early talent across our global supply chain and services teams.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of program management, internal communications, and talent strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, help coordinate our Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) and contribute to projects that shape the future of our workforce.

You’ll take on impactful work in areas such as:

  • Talent Development & Communications – Create and curate messaging, support training content development, and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Program Coordination – Help manage logistics and communications for OMLP interns and full-time participants, including onboarding, events, and assignment matching
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with leaders across sites and functions to support intern experiences and talent development initiatives
  • Project Support – Assist with recruitment, survey analysis, and program enhancements that support our early talent pipeline

You’ll gain exposure to HR operations, internal communications, and leadership development—building skills that are highly transferable across industries.

Qualifications

We’re looking for students who are ready to learn, lead, and make a difference. You are:

  • Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university (and returning to school after the internship)
  • Available for a minimum of 10 weeks in Summer 2026
  • Pursuing a degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with time management skills
  • Demonstrating initiative and a self-starter attitude
  • Developing proficiency in project management
  • Relocation assistance is available for those who qualify.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We do not sponsor employment visas for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

You may stand out if you have:

  • Prior experience in program coordination, internal communications, or HR
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Generative AI or similar tools
  • Passion for developing people and improving processes
  • Proven adaptability and community involvement
