Key Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement of LMS usage, processes, and tools to ensure a seamless learner experience. 

  • Build and schedule learning campaigns for global initiatives (e.g., Code of Conduct), partnering with Corporate Communications for alignment. 

  • Provide day-to-day support for LMS end users, troubleshooting issues and educating employees and managers. 

  • Curate content to meet training needs, while also able to configure courses, learning tracks, and modules using content from external providers.

  • Support talent cycles in Workday, including Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, and Succession Planning; assist with configuration, data setup, and workflow readiness. 

  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze LMS and talent reports, extract and process engagement survey data, and manage dashboards for leaders and HRBPs. 

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand training requirements eg. transition manually tracked learning into Workday. 

  • Contribute to broader Talent Team projects as needed, adapting responsibilities as the function evolves. 

 

Skills & Experience 

  • Workday LMS experience essential 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Articulate and Synthesia preferred 

  • Data-savvy with strong analytical skills - comfortable building reports, processing data, and providing recommendations 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to support and educate end users at all levels 

  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
