Key Responsibilities:
• Coach individual leaders and participates in triad conversations when appropriate.
• Administers Individual Development Plans (IDP) for strategic key seats & successors as determined by the People Practices business plans.
• Collaborate with Business People Practices and provide input for talent management, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Manage the onboarding process for Leaders.
• Collaborate with PP Leader and PP Business Partners on PP strategy and PP business plans.
• Partner with other People Practices resources including Centers of Excellence, People Operations, and PP Initiatives.
• Actively participate in regional and national Talent Advocate and People Practices meetings.
• Ability to travel 50% annually within the domestic U.S.
Education Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a functional area of People Practices (ej. Talent Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development) business administration, I/O psychology or a related field.
Work Experience:
• A minimum of 8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Construction Industry experience is a plus.
Languages, Certifications and Licenses:
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
• Coaching Certification is a plus.
