Reporting to the Manager- Talent Delivery, the Talent Advisor is a key consultative role responsible for not only attracting top talent through sourcing and recruitment marketing initiatives, but also plays a key role in the selection and offer process as well. Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand hiring goals and forecasts and align on sourcing criteria, they can then identify and execute on the best plan to attract and engage, vet candidates and provide the best possible slate for their review. Also partners closely with Talent Acquisition strategic sourcing partner to review internal as well as pipeline candidates prior to creating an external recruitment marketing plan.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
Analyzes, consults and executes the best selection process in terms of strategy, tools and candidate experience.
Consults with Hiring Managers, HR business partners and/or business leaders to ensure the right people are hired for the right positions at the right time.
Educates Hiring Managers on conducting behavioral interviewing and facilitates selection process and discussion, in order to ensure effective, legal interviewing practices.
Influences overall hiring process to achieve timeliness of SLA’s.
Assists hiring manager in developing and gaining approval for competitive offer packages.
Promotes Employee Referral Program to new employees once onboarded
Leverages recruiting metrics and analytics to provide insights to the business, drive decision making and measure team productivity (i.e. SLAs, recruitment marketing effectiveness, candidate experience).

Required Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong project management skills and the ability to execute fast paced and high-volume recruitment efforts
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability establish credibility and partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk and plans for actions
Knowledge of employment law and corporate recruitment practices
Bilingual (English/French)
Agency recruiting experience
In-depth experience in competency-based interview and assessment techniques
Expert knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment practices
Hybrid (office is available to work in)
