Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Lead regional talent and succession planning processes for senior and critical roles.
Partner with the regional business leaders and HR leadership team to assess leadership depth, readiness, and succession risks and create action plans accordingly
Translate enterprise talent, performance, and development strategies into impactful regional solutions.
Facilitate executive and leadership team discussions to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
Use data and insights to influence talent decisions and measure progress.
Analyze the outcome from talent discussions to drive development interventions with a focus on progress and impact
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven experience facilitating executive talent reviews and succession planning.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
Skilled at connecting global frameworks to regional needs and driving execution.
Excellent facilitation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Strong collaborative mindset, customer focus and self-drive
Data mindset and knowledge of how to leverage data
Ability to work and lead effectively in a global and matrixed working environment across geography and time zones
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent
Minimum five (5) years’ related experience
Strong analytical, quantitative, and PC software skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
