Talent Advisor

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Lead regional talent and succession planning processes for senior and critical roles.

  • Partner with the regional business leaders and HR leadership team to assess leadership depth, readiness, and succession risks and create action plans accordingly

  • Translate enterprise talent, performance, and development strategies into impactful regional solutions.

  • Facilitate executive and leadership team discussions to identify, develop, and retain top talent.

  • Use data and insights to influence talent decisions and measure progress.

  • Analyze the outcome from talent discussions to drive development interventions with a focus on progress and impact

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience facilitating executive talent reviews and succession planning.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.

  • Skilled at connecting global frameworks to regional needs and driving execution.

  • Excellent facilitation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong collaborative mindset, customer focus and self-drive

  • Data mindset and knowledge of how to leverage data

  • Ability to work and lead effectively in a global and matrixed working environment across geography and time zones

  • Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent

    • Minimum five (5) years’ related experience

    • Strong analytical, quantitative, and PC software skills

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
