About the Role 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in executing Yondr’s regional hiring strategy, managing the attraction, selection, and hiring of top talent for all regional staff roles (excluding executive-level hires). This role is integral to the People Team, contributing to Yondr’s growth by building robust candidate pipelines, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. As the gatekeeper of best practices, the Talent Acquisition Partner will leverage the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and industry trends to enhance recruitment efforts.

 

Main Responsibilities 

Sourcing and Recruitment

/ Write and manage engaging job advertisements for internal and external audiences.

/ Advertise job opportunities through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks.

/ Actively source and create candidate pipelines for key roles across the region.

/ Conduct initial screening calls to shortlist candidates and ensure alignment with role requirements.

Candidate Experience 

/ Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

/ Position Yondr as an employer of choice by showcasing its culture, values, and career growth opportunities during all candidate interactions.

/ Represent Yondr as an employer of choice, effectively communicating the organization’s values and culture to prospective candidates.

/ Support Talent Acquisition campaigns and initiatives, such as recruitment drives, community engagement, internship programs and assessment centers.

System and Process Management

/ Act as a gatekeeper for the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate data entry and usage. 

/ Promote best practices in hiring and recruitment processes to maintain consistency and compliance.

/ Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to refine processes and improve efficiency.

Background Checks and Offer Presentation 

/ Coordinate and manage background check processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational standards. 

/ Present offers to candidates, ensuring clarity on role expectations, compensation, and company benefits.

/ Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize offer details and address candidate queries.

Stakeholder Engagement

/ Partner with regional functions to execute hiring strategies and meet workforce needs. 

/ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment in the recruitment process.

/ Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners. 

/ Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market trends.

Market Intelligence 

/ Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment innovations, and regional labor market dynamics. 

/ Provide insights to stakeholders on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.

/ Advise on innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent pools. 

 

 

Qualifications and experience 

/ Proven track record of 5 years of successful application within a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition function delivering to technically proficient teams, multiple locations and operating regions for Data Center, Construction, Engineering, Real Estate and Corporate Function roles

/ Comfortable in an environment of change and sustained business growth

/ Excellent relationship skills to deliver under pressure and high levels of stakeholder expectation

/ Proven recruitment track record in the Americas region
