Join our EMEA Recruitment Hub in Wroclaw and help build the teams that keep our operations moving. This role gives you the opportunity to support hiring across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and customer service, among other business areas helping us bring the right people into the functions that design, build and deliver products that change patients’ lives.
What will you be doing?
You will partner with hiring managers across a varied operational environment, supporting recruitment from first briefing through to offer. By understanding the unique needs of fast paced and highly skilled functions, you will source and engage candidates, coordinate assessments and ensure a smooth, consistent experience for everyone involved. You will use agreed sourcing channels, keep recruitment data accurate and work closely with colleagues across HR and the business to keep hiring on track in critical operational areas.

You will thrive if you enjoy supporting diverse stakeholders, solving problems and keeping processes moving. Success looks like building trusted relationships, staying organised and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
You will bring:
• Recruitment experience gained in an internal, RPO or agency environment
• Strong sourcing skills across job boards and professional networks
• Confidence using applicant tracking systems and handling recruitment data
• Excellent communication skills, with Spanish or Italian language skills a nice to have for this role
