The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports QVC, HSN, and CBI with the recruiting, interviewing and hiring processes for high-volume and full lift cycle support roles within the contact center operation.
Where You'll Work
This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Florida, Georgia, Boise, Idaho area, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.
You'll report to the CS&E Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
Screen and fill open positions using TA technologies and online recruiting resources.
Manage candidate and hiring manager communications to guarantee a quality experience and updates.
Regular management and communication of candidates and hiring managers to keep them informed by email or Teams, and to provide a quality Candidate / Client experience.
Develop and implement recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
What You'll Bring
Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
2+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments
Proficiency with recruiting systems, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
