This position is for a 6 month FTC to support an influx of hiring needs.
Based in our new Sofia office, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle of our creative studio, predominantly; Artists, Animators, Developers, QA and Project Management roles.
We’re looking for a passionate and energized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, to help us find & attract the best talents to join our new studio team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in recruiting talented candidates and be an integral part of creating a good candidate experience while preserving the company's DNA.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, pre-screen candidates, conducting phone interviews and reference check
Creatively find and recruit amazing candidates using common sourcing tools
Maintain a strong pipeline of talent
Work closely with hiring managers
Leverage WorkDay to ensure effective and efficient recruiting processes
Qualifications
Requirements:
2+ years of Recruiting experience
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
Expert at managing multiple tasks, deadlines and projects
Team player, creative thinker
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Bulgarian)
