Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

📍 Pero (Milan area) | ⏳Fixed-term contract – 12 months

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our headquarters in Pero. In this role, you will manage recruitment activities across Northern Italy and become part of our international Talent Acquisition team for Italy & Iberica.

Your role at KONE

  • Responsibility for all recruiting processes within your area of responsibility, with a focus on our technical staff in the branches

  • Managing the entire recruitment cycle: from creating requirement profiles and conducting virtual and face-to-face interviews to the final negotiation of employment contracts

  • Identifying the optimal search strategy using social media and other online channels, including actively approaching candidates in collaboration with our sourcing team in Bratislava

  • Using personality tests and assessments to aid decision-making

  • Ensuring an applicant-oriented recruitment process with our Workday applicant management system in line with our talent acquisition strategy

  • Sharing best practices and working on projects with other colleagues in the People & Communications teams.

What you bring

  • Experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, either in an industrial/technical environment or in HR consulting or recruitment agencies

  • A proactive, business-oriented mindset with a strong candidate focus

  • A relevant university Degree or equivalent qualification

  • Experience with competency-based interviews and assessment methods

  • Proven ability to source and approach candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn

  • English language.
