What you will do:
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full‑cycle hiring . In this role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to attract top talent, strengthen our employer brand, and create an exceptional candidate experience.


How you will do it:

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting across functions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).
  • Understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and recommend sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
  • Conduct competency‑based interviews and coordinate interview panels.


2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social recruiting.
  • Leverage platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry groups to identify high-quality talent.
  • Engage and nurture passive candidates for future requirements.


3. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a consultative partner to business leaders on market insights, hiring timelines, and talent availability.
  • Provide regular updates, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage alignment meetings, debrief discussions, and offer approvals.


4. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Deliver a seamless and positive experience from application to onboarding.
  • Represent the organization professionally at all candidate touchpoints.
  • Support employer branding initiatives for local talent markets.


5. Offer Management & Compliance

  • Drive salary negotiations, offer creation, and pre‑joining engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring guidelines and India employment regulations.
  • Work closely with HR Ops, background verification teams, and onboarding partners.


6. Recruitment Data & Process Excellence

  • Maintain accurate data in ATS systems.
  • Track metrics such as TAT, source mix, pipeline ratios, and candidate conversion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and overall efficiency.
  • Compile, analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary.
  • Development of Talent Pipeline for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Initiatives and future needs.

  • Act as a brand ambassador leveraging a multi-channel strategy, in partnership with Talent Brand & Communications to promote our Employer Value Program (EVP) in the target market.

 
What we look for:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in preferably into commercial hiring

  • Strong experience in sourcing related activities to help drive talent into the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to build recruiting strategy, employer branding, candidate management, talent sourcing with emphasis on diversity and inclusion.

  • Strong skills in talent research and sourcing, social media recruiting and other techniques to identify and engage with talent.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. 

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn sourcing, both passive and active
