ABOUT THE POSITION
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II supports COE projects and programs. Manages project plans, project documentation, development of program resources, and internal communications. Manages TA program KPIs to continually monitor and measure the success of key programs.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Supports existing and future programs, creates communications for engagement and adoption, and develops toolkits for global deployment and supplemental SOPs.
- Provides project support including managing project plans. Drafts and maintains project documentation and helps define project scope, goals, and deliverables for TA projects.
- Manages content for enterprise digital assets used for Talent Acquisition purposes.
- Drafts written communications on various project topics for a variety of key stakeholders.
- Develops and manages TA program KPI dashboards to continually monitor the success and health of key programs.
- Conducts research to build business cases for new programs and projects.
- Understands the need for appropriate data privacy protections when working with employee data.
- 5% Performs other duties as assigned.
YOU ARE
- 5–8 years of experience in recruitment operations, sourcing, Scheduling and maintaining data base.
- Experience supporting GCC and/or Supply Chain hiring environments
YOU HAVE
- Support recruitment coordination including interview scheduling
- Manage offer processing and onboarding support
- Maintain Workday ATS data accuracy and dashboards
- Ensure adherence to hiring governance and controls
- Support continuous improvement of TA operations
