About the Role:

The Full Cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with leadership to recruit and fill key positions (Driver, Monitors, Van Drivers) required to support our business, specifically focusing on driver and monitor roles. This role plays a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding process, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders across various departments.

Responsibility Profile:

  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle, including contacting candidates, conducting interviews (as needed), making offers, and overseeing the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate closely with managers and leaders to understand current and future talent needs.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports on open positions and recruiting activities to managers and leadership.
  • Maintain candidate relationships throughout the onboarding, training, and initial employment stages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is highly desired.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization abilities, with a focus on timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in developing talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with video meeting tools such as Teams.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR systems.
