The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role within Fever’s People department, working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to support global recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall talent strategy of the company.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordinating with the hiring teams
• Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process
• Provide a world-class candidate experience
• Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
• Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc
• Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

Who You Are

• Obsessive about acquiring the best talent for the position: from beginning to end, you master the hiring process and prove that you are a valuable asset to the company
• Independent and self-driven: your organizational skills and remarkable determination mean that high-volume hiring doesn’t phase you
• Inquisitive nature: being analytical and creative helps you to find talent for any role
• Strong stakeholder manager: excellent communication skills, unbeatable market insight, and proven expertise up to director level help drive decisions through data and reporting
• Eager to learn and help: you understand the overall goal of your team and not just your own objectives
• +3 years of experience, preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus
• A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or a similar field
• C1 or Native English and Spanish level, other languages are a plus
• Experience working with ATS systems (Greenhouse would be a plus)
• Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships
