Engineering Industries eXcellence is expanding our internal recruitment team and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Human Resources team.
In this role, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire top technology talent. You will help identify, engage, and hire professionals across our consulting organization, including Industry 4.0 consultants, SAP functional consultants, technical developers, operations professionals, and other technical roles.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced consulting environment while developing strong expertise in technology recruiting, stakeholder management, and talent sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake calls, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding
Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and Boolean search techniques
Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews with hiring teams
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an efficient and effective selection process
Manage candidate activity and recruitment workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support offer management and negotiations, ensuring a smooth candidate experience through the hiring process
Assist with new hire onboarding activities, including orientation preparation and coordination
Post and advertise open roles across job boards, social media, and professional networks
Contribute to employer branding and social media initiatives to attract top talent
Manage vendor and recruiting agency relationships to support cost-effective, high-quality hiring outcomes
Support business leaders in executing hiring initiatives, hiring drives, and project-based recruitment efforts
Build relationships with universities, professional groups, and industry networks to expand talent pipelines
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay current with market trends and emerging talent
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a similar degree or equivalent amount of relevant job experience.
2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably within technology recruiting or a fast-paced agency environment
Proven track record of successful candidate placements and hiring outcomes
Experience sourcing candidates using Boolean search techniques and online recruiting tools
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and provide consultative support to hiring managers
High level of professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to adapt to changing hiring priorities
