As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Accelleron you play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for the organization. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role contributes to the growth and success of Accelleron by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who align with our values and objectives. This position will primarily recruit for positions based in Switzerland and Germany.

Your responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Candidate Identification: Utilizing various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify potential candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles. Provide insights to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Screening: Reviewing applications and resumes, conduct initial phone screens as needed, and assess candidates' suitability for the role and organizational fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Provide interview training and guidance to hiring teams when necessary.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Addressing candidate questions, provides timely feedback, and maintaining clear communication. Using the Accelleron Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to position us as an attractive employer with the candidate.
  • Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitor analysis to enhance the organization's recruitment strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Promoting the company's brand and values to prospective candidates through engaging job postings, social media presence, and other relevant channels.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system Workday
  • Pre-offer preparation: Support HR Manager and Hiring Manager in negotiating verbal job offers with selected candidates and collaborate with HR Manager and legal teams to optimally hand over to HR Operations for a smooth employment agreement and onboarding process.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and provide regular reports to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Multi-year experience in Human Resources or Recruitment in a multinational organization.
  • Proficiency in English required, German skills are a strong plus.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, capable of establishing rapport with candidates and maintaining collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify challenges in the recruitment process and develop innovative solutions to overcome them.
  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thoroughness in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring accurate candidate documentation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, industry trends, and evolving recruitment technologies.
  • Upholding a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness in dealing with candidates and sensitive information.
  • Basic analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday, social media platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Understanding and appreciation of diversity and inclusion principles in the recruitment process.
