JOB DESCRIPTION:
Core Job Responsibilities
- Handling full recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company.
- Coordinating with HRBP & hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria
- Sourcing potential candidates through multiple channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks.)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Workday and CRM (Candidate Relationship Management).
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Join in local/area projects and assigned tasks
Work Experience
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- BA/BS Degree
- Have 2-3 year experience at recruitment
Core Skill Requirement
- Customer and details oriented
- Ability to collaborate effectively internally/externally
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure managing multiple priorities, familiar in working with deadlines
- Being adaptable towards new situations and having an out of the box approach
- A dynamic team player who is self-motivated, meticulous
- MS office proficiency i.e excel, ppt, project management tools
- English fluency
Minimum Education Required
- Graduate from a reputable institute; MBA from a reputable institute highly preferred
