Job Summary

GE Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Program Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of strategic TA programs aimed at attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across our global organization. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

* **Program Design & Management:** Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of talent acquisition programs, including but not limited to university relations, early career programs, diversity & inclusion initiatives, employer branding campaigns, and internal mobility programs.
* **Strategic Partnership:** Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to identify talent needs, define program objectives, and ensure alignment with business strategy.
* **Process Optimization & Innovation:** Continuously evaluate existing TA processes and programs, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and the introduction of innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* **Vendor Management:** Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors and partners supporting TA programs (e.g., recruitment marketing agencies, assessment providers, career fair organizers).
* **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all programs, track and analyze data to measure program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
* **Project Leadership:** Lead cross-functional project teams for specific TA initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* **Communication & Change Management:** Develop and execute communication plans to inform stakeholders about new programs, process changes, and program successes. Drive adoption and understanding of new initiatives.


Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivilant experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on program management, project management, or a similar strategic HR role within a large, complex organization.
* Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful talent acquisition programs.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
* Demonstrated understanding of talent acquisition best practices, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $92,000.00-$138,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
