PHC Group is strengthening its global People Analytics capability, and this role plays a key part in that evolution. You’ll help shape how we use data to understand our workforce—defining standards, designing scalable dashboards, and delivering insights that inform decisions across HR and the business.

Alongside an essential recruitment scope of about 10-15 hires per year, you’ll own the end‑to‑end hiring process and ensure a strong experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What you’ll be doing for us:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for an annual hiring load of approximately 10-15 hires, partnering with hiring managers and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience, ensuring every individual is treated with respect, timely communication, and transparency.
  • Build credible relationships with hiring managers across assigned business units, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.

People Analytics & Reporting

  • Build, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards and reports using Workday, and either Power BI or Incorta, translating complex people data into clear insights for HR and business leaders.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Workday HCM, including calculated fields, custom reports, and Workday data structures, to ensure accurate and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Analyse trends across headcount, attrition, engagement, and workforce planning to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Improve data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency using SQL or Python.

Skills & competencies you’ll need for success:

Talent Acquisition:

  • 1–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • A track record of following processes and taking ownership of outcomes.

Analytics:

  • 4+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR consulting, or HR data roles.
  • Experience with Workday and strong skills in Power BI or Incorta dashboarding.
  • Ability to present analytics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting recruitment processes (preferred but not required).
  • SQL / Python experience strongly preferred.
