Role Description
We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner who is both a high-output full-cycle recruiter and a thoughtful builder. As a senior individual contributor and a department of one, you will own the execution of all hiring across the company—running efficient, rigorous processes while delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

You will partner directly with the SVP of People and company leadership to shape hiring approaches, fine-tune role scoping, and ensure we are making strong, timely hiring decisions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in high-volume, hands-on recruiting environments, operates with a high degree of independence, and is motivated by building strong process foundations that will grow with the company.

Years from now, you’ll see the teams, leaders, and capabilities you directly contributed to building—while also having laid the groundwork for the recruiting function’s next phase of maturity.
