We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us at Telia.
I’m Jolita Surgutanovienė, leading the Baltic Talent Acquisition team at Telia Company. I’m currently looking for someone passionate about partnering with the business, attracting strong talent, and delivering a smooth hiring experience. The role focuses on hiring a mix of commercial & corporate positions (finance, procurement, legal, HR, sales, etc.) across the Baltic and Nordic markets and is part of a strong, collaborative team working cross border.

Monthly salary range for this position – 3300 – 3900 Eur (gross) + annual bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
