We’re looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to join us at Telia. I’m Jolita Surgutanovienė, Head of Talent Acquisition Team in Baltics, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re an international, forward‑thinking team located in Lithuania, Sweden, Finland and Estonia, dedicated to delivering excellence in every interaction for Hiring Managers, Candidates, and Recruiters while driving Telia’s strategic goals.

What you’ll do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting hiring managers through recruitment planning, market insights, and proactive search strategies.

  • Shape recruitment plans and guide hiring managers with data‑driven market perspectives.
  • Improve the candidate journey by ensuring a smooth, structured, and engaging hiring process.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Technology IT and Networks in all Telia markets.
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives that elevate recruitment practices and strengthen our TA capabilities.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys navigating complexity, builds strong relationships, and approaches challenges with positivity and persistence.

  • Experience in end‑to‑end recruitment within Technology field is required.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing methods, market dynamics, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a large matrix organization and quickly absorb complex information.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary range for this position – 3200 – 3500 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
