About the team

Right now, we’re on a journey to transform our in-house Talent Acquisition capabilities, and you’ll be joining at a critical point in our evolution. As part of the CEE Talent Acquisition team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute not only to local initiatives but also to regional and global projects, expanding your impact and network.

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner at Haleon will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, driving recruitment strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent to the organization. In this role, you will leverage your experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This role is centered on supporting Haleon’s manufacturing site in Slovakia, leading recruitment for a diverse range of positions across the plant and related functions, while also partnering on hiring for Quality & Supply Chain in Slovakia.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers, shaping recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and diversity goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership, HR, and hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide best-practice guidance.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple business units, ensuring efficiency and a great candidate experience.
  • Coordinate offers and negotiations in line with company policies.
  • Use data insights to inform decisions and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting inclusive hiring practices.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Organize and actively participate in employer branding and recruitment events, collaborating with other departments.
  • Drive EB and Recruitment Marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and leverage talent pipelines.

Why you?

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Full cycle in-house recruiting or Agency experience ideally in production environment would
  • Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
  • Proven experience managing and developing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Experience managing high volume recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends as well as local employment law policies & regulations.
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Results-driven and problem solving mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
