About the team
Right now, we’re on a journey to transform our in-house Talent Acquisition capabilities, and you’ll be joining at a critical point in our evolution. As part of the CEE Talent Acquisition team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute not only to local initiatives but also to regional and global projects, expanding your impact and network.
Your role will stretch you as we advise the business and stakeholders on talent strategies, truly living our values of Win as one. About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Haleon will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, driving recruitment strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent to the organization. In this role, you will leverage your experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
This role is centered on supporting Haleon’s manufacturing site in Slovakia, leading recruitment for a diverse range of positions across the plant and related functions, while also partnering on hiring for Quality & Supply Chain in Slovakia.
