Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Egypt you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top Commercial talents. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our Commercial teams comprise of skilled professionals aligned with Property Finder values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment to meet various hiring objectives across the Commercial departments in Egypt, also supporting with hiring across Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia
  • Using data and research methods, propose new ways of identifying top talent
  • Track and record key metrics designed to measure the effectiveness of the recruiting process and use this data to make strategic improvements to the process
  • Partner and collaborate with the People Leadership team and hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against well-defined criteria
  • Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative research marketing and sourcing strategies
  • Have a continued pipeline of candidates and maintain regular contact for future positions
  • Build a knowledge base of information from research on specific industry trends

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience global Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experienced in hiring across Commercial teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver creative and innovative candidate sourcing techniques, including a track record of sourcing passive diverse candidates - expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools - preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong communication skills with a keen aptitude for cultivating relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive recruiting decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and the wider global People Team
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
