We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build the teams that enable our mission to entertain hundreds of millions of people for decades. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across our game, tech, and central teams, enabling well-informed hiring decisions and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You’ll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team that aims high and values quality in everything we do. We believe in ownership and accountability, and we support each other and are always ready to share, challenge, and learn. Beyond running recruitment processes, you’ll build strong partnerships with hiring managers, leadership, and our People & Culture team to create clarity and alignment. You’ll also help evolve our recruitment practices to keep them scalable, consistent, and aligned with our long-term ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner for defined teams or business areas, working closely with hiring managers, People Partners, and business leads
  • Lead end to end recruitment processes, from role definition and sourcing to interviews, offer negotiations, and relocation process
  • Clarify hiring priorities, role scope, and expectations with leaders, ensuring strong alignment from the start while balancing ambition with realistic market expectations
  • Proactively source top talent while managing multiple pipelines simultaneously
  • Lead first interviews and coordinate structured interview processes, ensuring clarity and a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Coach and challenge hiring managers by providing guidance and training that strengthens hiring capabilities and improves recruitment decision making
  • Continuously improve recruitment practices by using insights, feedback, and data to refine our hiring processes

Requirements

  • Solid experience in talent acquisition, owning end to end recruitment processes, ideally across technical, creative, data and/or product roles, with strong sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation skills
  • Experience partnering closely with senior stakeholders or business leaders
  • Familiarity with data-informed recruitment and using insights to guide hiring decisions and improve processes
  • Experience developing recruitment processes or leading improvement initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel recruitment processes while driving internal development projects
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse audiences
  • Resilient and adaptable: Able to create structure in changing environments and navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus, quality, and ownership
  • A collaborative team player who values shared success and actively contributes to collective goals
  • Growth-oriented and committed to continuous development, taking initiative while actively improving both personally and recruitment practices

In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have some of these as well:

  • Experience working in tech scale ups and understanding the challenges and dynamics of a rapidly growing environment
  • Background in both in-house and agency recruitment to bring perspective from different stakeholder environments and variation of different roles and crafts
  • Curiosity about how AI and other tools can support and improve Talent Acquisition practices
