Talent Acquisition Partner – long term contract

Lumentum is a global photonics company that designs and manufactures optical and laser components used in telecom networks, cloud infrastructure, and AI systems.

The Caswell site (Towcester, NN12 8EQ) is a key UK manufacturing hub specialising in indium phosphide (InP) photonic chips. These chips are used in high-speed optical interconnects that link servers and GPUs within AI data centres.

Due to continued long term growth of UK operations, Lumentum is seeking an additional experienced In-House Recruiter to join a small, focused recruitment team at the Caswell site.

  • Ensure a consistently positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations effectively.

  • 5-10 years’ recruitment experience, including a minimum of 3 years in-house permanent recruitment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday (or similar ATS systems).
  • Excellent understanding of the regional talent market, with proven experience recruiting within manufacturing environments, particularly for technical roles such as maintenance and process engineering.
