About The Role
We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with strong Construction recruitment experience to help shape our high‑performing workforce and support the growth of our business.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders across your portfolio, driving a seamless and engaging candidate experience while balancing the strategic needs of our construction business. Using data, market insights and our talent technology, you’ll deliver proactive sourcing strategies and trusted advice to stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
End‑to‑end recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
Strategic sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent across multiple channels.
Candidate assessment: Conduct interviews, capability assessments and reference checks to ensure alignment with role requirements and our culture.
Employer brand uplift: Create compelling job ads, social content and market‑facing materials that strengthen Lendlease’s presence in the market.
Data‑led insights: Use talent analytics to identify hiring trends, improve processes and guide stakeholder decision‑making.
Stakeholder partnership: Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, candidates and industry partners.
The role will champion inclusion across all recruitment processes, ensuring diverse talent is engaged and supported at every stage. In addition, the position will lead the development of resourcing strategies for bids, providing talent insights and solutions that strengthen our competitive position.
About You
Demonstrated experience recruiting for Construction roles whether in agency or internal environments
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build long‑term, trusted relationships
A solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
Confidence working with data to drive insights and inform hiring decisions
A positive, resilient approach and comfort working through transformation and change
Experience supporting a mobile workforce and leveraging a wide range of sourcing channels and internal talent pools
