As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the organization's growth by identifying, engaging, and selecting talent that aligns with our values, contributes to our culture, and drives success. This hybrid role requires three days on-site in St. Paul, MN, fostering collaboration with hiring managers and team members. As part of the Americas Talent Acquisition team within a global organization, success in this role requires a global mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively across regions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, execute recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, role responsibilities, and candidate profiles to design effective recruitment and sourcing strategies
Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Write inclusive and compelling job postings that resonate with a diverse range of candidates, reflecting our organizational culture and effectively conveying role responsibilities and qualifications
Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the organization
Provide interviewers with guidance and training on effective interviewing techniques
Promote the company's values, culture, and career growth opportunities to prospective candidates through various recruitment channels
Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and information throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market conditions to provide valuable insights for recruitment strategies
Participate actively in industry associations and events to establish and nurture relationships with potential talent
Participate in recruitment events, including career days, job fairs, and college recruiting initiatives as needed
Adhere to internal company recruitment processes and policies, upholding consistency and alignment with EEO legislation and regional compliance requirements
Lend expertise and contribute to process improvement projects and Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, human resources, or a related role
Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring teams
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance during recruitment processes
Experience in conducting competency-based interviews and utilizing behavioral interview techniques
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools
Ability to assess cultural fit and align candidates with the organization's values and goals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Workday Recruit
Proficiency in employer branding strategies and utilizing social media platforms for recruitment
Strong networking and relationship-building skills to foster connections within the industry
Previous involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives and the ability to attract diverse talent

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $90,000 - $105,000.In addition to your salary, H.B. Fuller offers employees a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognitions programs, health & wellness benefits, 401K contributions, paid time off and paid holidays.
