As a Talent Acquisition Partner with DaVita, you are the TA subject matter expert to hiring managers and are responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process. You will focus on hiring clinical roles (RN, PCT, SW, RD, etc) for DaVita clinics in the North East.

You will bring innovative ideas to build and implement effective and efficient recruitment strategies. You will build and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for future opportunities and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will work to ensure that your hiring goals and strategies are achieved, and best practices are followed. You act with a sense of urgency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • This remote role will support our clinical teams in the North East (must be available Eastern Standard Time)

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing and action plans for each open position, taking into consideration hiring specifications and competencies.

  • Assist hiring managers in raising standards and evaluating candidates. Consult with and guide hiring managers in a comprehensive recruitment process. Apply behavior-based interviewing and other techniques to identify the best qualified candidate pool.

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers.

  • Manage and update a detailed applicant tracking system.

  • Utilize organizational systems to track, report out, and measure the status of each open position.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of professional recruitment experience required. Healthcare and Agency recruitment a plus.

  • Demonstrated success in executing a full-cycle corporate recruiting

  • Prior experience in large healthcare organizations is helpful

  • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

 

 

 

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour

Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
