We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to support hiring initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role partners closely with hiring leaders to identify, engage, and hire top talent while leveraging modern recruiting technologies, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and data-driven insights to accelerate hiring outcomes.
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who can quickly build pipelines, manage multiple searches, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Location: Hybrid (4 days/on-site) at our office location in Clear Lake (Houston), TX
Contract Duration: 3 months
Full Lifecycle Recruiting
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from discovery through offer stage
• Support multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong pipeline visibility
Proactive Talent Sourcing
Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted sourcing strategies and direct outreach
Conduct talent market mapping and competitive talent analysis
Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Ability to adjust sourcing strategies based on candidate response and market feedback – think outside the box.
Hiring Manager Partnership
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and role requirements
• Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and recruiting strategy guidance
Candidate Experience
• Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders
Recruiting Operations
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready candidate data within Workday or similar ATS platforms in compliance with OFCCP and EEO requirements
• Utilize recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics to track progress and improve hiring outcomes
• Quickly ramp on open requisitions and hiring priorities
• Manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
• Build strong candidate pipelines and drive consistent hiring progress
• Provide hiring leaders with clear pipeline visibility and recruiting updates
• Manage recruiting priorities across multiple stakeholders and functional areas
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume global recruiting environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using Workday or similar enterprise ATS platforms
• Experience within Life Sciences, Medical Device, or other regulated government industry
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions within a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, or AI-enabled recruiting technologies
