Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.

As Talent Acquisition Partner, this individual is responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process for home office openings. They will be responsible for creating pipelines for openings by sourcing candidates across multiple Healogics locations. The ideal candidate has a strong and comprehensive background in recruitment with a strong working knowledge of recruiting workflow processes and metrics and Microsoft Office. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment where you will assist the team with finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions to meet the company’s workforce needs and goals.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities: 

  • Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements.

  • Conduct interactions with candidates in a timely, professional and responsive manner.

  • Create and present reporting on recruitment KPIs and strategies.

  • Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process.

  • Manages ATS system (Workday) for all internal/external job postings.

  • Engages in ATS process improvement initiatives .

  • Manage multiple positions as well as small to large-scale hiring initiatives throughout the full recruitment life cycle.

  • Strategize with stakeholders throughout the hiring process to attract and hire top talent .

  • Develop recruiting strategies including market, industry, and labor data to consult hiring leaders & create a competitive advantage to attract the talent needed.

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and engagement approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.

  • Engage potential candidates through multiple channels including social media, job boards, marketing software, cold calling, e-mails, etc.

  • Prepare and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate and mentor team members.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing clear communication and feedback.

  • Ad hoc recruitment projects as needed.

  • Create a continuous improvement mindset and operating cadence to improve processes, as they impact candidates, hiring managers, leaders, and HR team members.

  • Develop and enhance the employer brand to attract top talent, including the creation of compelling job advertisements, career pages, and team member value propositions.

  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions to improve hiring processes.

  • Ensure the implementation of best practices, technology, and tools to streamline and enhance recruitment processes.

Required Education, Experience and Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics-driven environment

  • 2+ years of healthcare recruitment experience; 1+ years of RN recruitment experience

  • Prior experience in sourcing passive candidates is required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems, knowledge of Workday a strong plus.

  • Ability to manage 40+ requisitions at a time and multiple candidate submittals/wk

  • Proficiency with computer platforms and applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.

  • Highly self-motivated and driven.

  • Demonstrated track record of recruitment experience and or meeting KPIs.

  • Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (phone & in person).

  • Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $60,000- $80,000 annually
