Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to optimize and streamline recruitment processes across the organization. This behind-the-scenes role is critical to improving operational efficiency, enhancing candidate experience, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, process improvement expertise, and a collaborative mindset to support strategic hiring initiatives and elevate the Talent Acquisition function. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to inform workforce planning and strategic decisions. 

  • Create dashboards and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo) to track KPIs and hiring trends. 

  • Forecast hiring needs and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the recruitment lifecycle. 

  • Examine and implement GenAI and other technology efficiencies into TA strategies and workflows. 

  • Improve applicant tracking system workflows and maintain SOPs, quick reference guides, and process maps. 

  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve candidate experience and operational consistency. 

  • Support execution of strategic TA priorities, including interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and compliance in offer documentation. 

  • Collaborate with recruiters, HR, legal, finance, and diversity teams to ensure seamless hiring operations. 

  • Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition and other departments to resolve escalations and improve service delivery. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or a related field and 3 years of related experience or 6 years of related experience and no degree

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday or Taleo. 

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to support process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. 

Additional Details

  • Position is remote

  • Occasional travel up to 10% of the time
