Talent Acquisition Manager

Tokyo, Japan Full time

Key Responsibilities:
・Develop and lead annual and quarterly action plans based on hiring KPIs and business objectives.
・Drive KPI achievement through data analysis and continuous improvement cycles (PDCA).

・Maximize the use of recruitment technologies such as HRIS and ATS to strengthen sourcing, screening, and talent pool development.
・Engage multi‑layer stakeholders, including Hiring Managers and Executive leaders, providing regular updates and improvement insights to build strong and trusted partnerships.
・Introducing and implementing new technologies and tools that improve candidate experience, enhance operational efficiency, and support rapid adaptation to business needs.

・Adopt effective and impactful hiring methods to strengthen the company’s brand as an employer of choice.
・Continuously review and optimize Japan’s recruitment processes, acting as a driver for operational excellence and innovation.
・Collaborate with Japan HR teams (HR Director, HRBP, HR Ops, C&B) to ensure transparent, accurate, and user‑friendly HR operations.
・Partner closely with the APJ Talent Acquisition team, sharing Japan-specific updates regularly and contributing to regional alignment and improvements.
・Establish, update, and monitor processes that comply with country‑level labor laws and regulations.
・Lead a consistent end‑to‑end recruitment process across all positions, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality candidate experience.

・Monitor market and talent trends and update recruitment strategies and processes as needed.
・Promoting internal mobility by offer career counseling to increase awareness of internal opportunities and strengthen employee retention.
・Strengthening collaboration with internal teams and external vendors while maintaining constructive working relationships.
・Clarify goals and responsibilities for team members and promote performance and capability development.
・Delivering practical on‑the‑job training based on the company’s sales cycle and internal processes, supporting issue resolution.
・Demonstrate leadership that enhances team motivation and performance
・Develop and execute succession and skill development plans for the position.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

・5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition independently driving the PDCA cycle of recruitment strategies based on business needs and target talent 
・2+ years of experience as a People Manager.
・Japanese: Native level / English: Business level or above.
