Talent Acquisition Manager
Region: Central & Northeast U.S. (Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, Minnesota, New Jersey & Pennsylvania)
Travel: Up to 25%
Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $100,000–$140,000 annually, with an anticipated starting salary between $100,000 and $130,000. Starting pay is based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process in alignment with applicable pay transparency and equity laws.
We are looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to help identify, attract, and hire exceptional leadership talent across our Central and Northeast regions. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to understand organizational needs, build strong internal and external talent pipelines, and lead full-cycle recruitment for key leadership roles.

This role plays a critical part in supporting the company’s long-term leadership strategy by ensuring a consistent, professional, and confidential recruitment experience.
What You’ll Do
Partner with senior leaders to understand role requirements, develop Ideal Candidate Profiles (IDPs), and align sourcing strategies to business needs.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership positions, managing both internal and external candidate processes from sourcing through offer.
Participate in internal pipeline review processes across regions to identify and promote internal talent opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong external leadership pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
Engage and nurture relationships with high-potential leadership candidates, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
Deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Track recruiting metrics and use data to refine sourcing strategies and provide insights to leadership.
Support the onboarding process for General Manager candidates and remain a key point of contact through their first 90 days of employment.

Skills
Strong sourcing expertise using multiple channels including professional networks, resume databases, referrals, and online platforms.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and engage executive-level candidates.
Clear, professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership teams.
Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
Experience
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on leadership or executive recruiting.
Experience partnering with senior executives and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies for high-impact roles.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools for candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
