TransUnion is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting delivery across Latin America. You will be responsible for executing regional hiring plans, managing a team of 4 recruiters across Mexico and Colombia, and partnering closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership to deliver hiring outcomes in a matrixed, multinational environment. You will own Talent Acquisition from planning through execution, partnering with our business leaders on hiring needs, leading recruiters, optimizing workflows, setting clear KPIs, and using data to continuously improve performance.

As the Recruiting Manager you balance hands-on hiring with team leadership to oversee hiring activity supporting a significant growth agenda, including approximately 200 planned hires across Latin America in 2026, while navigating country specific employment practices and ensuring consistent execution aligned to global talent acquisition standards. You will coach your team of recruiters, ensure adoption of AI tools and create a proactive team, focused on delivering quality candidates at speed, while creating and nurturing talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 6 years in full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams.

  • Prior experience recruiting across Latin America with working knowledge of country specific hiring considerations (offers, contracts, benefits).

  • Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruiting processes.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Ability to lead and influence others, guiding and motivating the team to achieve goals under tight deadlines.

  • Strong organizational, project management, follow-up, and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Ability to identify moderately complex operational issues and adjust existing procedures accordingly.

  • Strong capability to develop, motivate, and support the professional growth of the recruiting team.

  • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, with ability to operate confidently across local and global contexts.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Oversee and ensure execution of the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer) for a consolidated hiring plan across Latin America, ensuring progress against hiring targets and timelines.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a recruiting team across Mexico and Colombia, setting clear priorities and performance expectations.

  • Manage team performance, including goal setting, tracking, ongoing feedback, and performance evaluations.

  • Ensure positive and consistent experience for candidates and hiring managers, serving as an operational escalation point when needed.

  • Maintain discipline across recruiting metrics, reporting, and candidate experience using Workday and TA analytics.

  • Manage the team’s assigned budget and recruitment resources.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition leadership to support process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and propose adjustments within established frameworks and procedures.

  • Ensure proper use of recruitment tools and systems (ATS / HRIS).
