Talent Acquisition Manager – Australia & New Zealand
Are you a strategic Talent Acquisition leader who thrives on shaping high‑performing teams and elevating the hiring experience? We’re looking for an experienced TA professional to lead recruitment across Australia and New Zealand, influence senior stakeholders, and drive innovative talent solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Partner with Business and HR leaders to develop and deliver Talent Acquisition strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
- Lead recruitment for Executive Leadership Team positions.
- Drive employer branding activities and evaluate multi‑media marketing strategies to achieve the best outcomes within cost and effectiveness considerations.
- Analyze attrition trends and provide insights that support business and HR decision‑making.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies and marketing plans to build strong passive talent pipelines.
- Monitor talent market practices and advise stakeholders on competitive trends and opportunities.
- Enable data‑driven decision making through analysis, insights and storytelling.
- Champion operational excellence across the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM, ensuring high standards of compliance and efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing counsel on market insights, hiring decisions and offer negotiations.
- Stay up to date with the latest recruiting industry trends and share best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with regional and global TA colleagues to align on strategies and share knowledge.
- Prepare monthly reports and dashboards to enhance visibility for HR and business leaders.
- Coach, develop and inspire the TA team to continuously lift capability and performance.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced, forward‑thinking TA leader who brings:
- 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally across both agency and in‑house environments.
- Strong experience leading and developing TA teams, with a passion for coaching and capability building.
- A proven track record in driving a Talent Advisory model and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge across multiple TA disciplines, including employer branding, workforce/HC budgeting, talent assessment and competitive offer design.
