Job Summary:

HyLight is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition profile to support this growth.
This role is highly operational and hands-on, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment, while also ensuring a smooth employee experience from onboarding to offboarding and contributing to a positive day-to-day work environment.

You will work closely with the founders and managers to hire new team members, structure recruitment processes, and act as a key point of contact for people-related topics within the company.

The Mission:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (75%)

You will own the recruitment process from start to finish:

  • Drafting and publishing job offers on relevant job boards
  • Actively sourcing and headhunting candidates
  • Managing and animating the candidate pipeline
  • Conducting pre-screening interviews
  • Coordinating and organizing interviews, including on-site interviews
  • Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Keeping recruitment pipelines clean, structured, and up to date
  • Acting as the main point of contact for candidates at every stage

People Operations & Office Life (25%)

You will contribute to a smooth employee journey and a well-functioning office environment:

  • Organizing onboardings and offboardings:
    • managing equipment, badges, access rights, and bicycles for arrivals and departures
    • welcoming and integrating new team members
  • Acting as the liaison with the landlord and service providers to maintain good working conditions and contributing to company life and team cohesion

Profile Sought:

Experience & Background

  • Already operated in high-volume or high-pressure recruitment environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple demanding recruitments in parallel
  • Strong sourcing skills and the stamina to stay engaged over time
  • The confidence to challenge managers and teams when needed
  • Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growing SME environment is a strong plus

  • Fluent English (mandatory): You will recruit international profiles and conduct interviews in English on a daily basis.
  • End-to-end recruitment ownership: Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate coordination.
  • Strong pipeline management skills: Ability to structure, track, and continuously update candidate pipelines so that nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Excellent organizational skills: Comfortable managing multiple recruitments and operational topics in parallel.
  • Comfort with digital tools: ATS, tracking tools, and collaborative platforms (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace).
