As a Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), you’ll be at the heart of our growth. Our TAMs act as true hiring managers, driving the search for top clinicians across multiple territories and ensuring we always have the talent needed to serve our patients. You’ll own the process end-to-end, from market analysis and outreach through closing, while partnering closely with leadership to shape how we scale.

This is not a hybrid position. You are required to be onsite Monday - Friday either in Natomas or Roseville.
