Gensler Bangalore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for their office to bring top talent into the firm.
What You Will Do
Your Qualifications
Executive recruitment experience would be highly advantageous.
8+ years of experience recruiting for Architecture firms (Preferred but not required)
Bachelors degree
Knowledge of HRIS; Workday and Avature preferred
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Avature)
Experience sourcing candidates and using your own network of contacts in the industry
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environment
Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting
*This is not a remote or hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to be in the office 5 days a week.
