Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Administration, Hospitality, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within dynamic, high-volume environments.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing recruitment processes and tools.
  • Previous experience using systems such as Workday (ATS) and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable.

  • Analytical Skills: Identifying needs and solutions through qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and best practices.

  • Effective Communication: Proficiency in verbal and written communication, as well as facilitation skills.
