Your Mission

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Talent Acquisition team at BlaBlaCar on a 6-month fixed term contract starting in April 2026. Their mission is to source, attract, hire and retain the best talent for the company.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, your role will be to help us achieve our hiring goals and recruit for all positions across the company (Business, Product & Engineering). You’ll be in charge of the end to end recruitment process until the closing date ensuring a top-notch candidate experience. You will be working with a team of 3 Talent Acquisition Managers.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting: building sourcing strategies, screening, assessing and closing talent to ensure our hiring roadmap delivery
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with hiring managers
  • Ensure candidates have the best interview experience 
  • Track key metrics for your recruiting activities
  • Follow latest recruitment trends and market evolutions and suggest actionable insights to the team
 
Your qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in full-lifecycle recruiting ideally in a fast paced environment and on an international scope
  • Strong business partnering orientation and solutions first approach
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented and autonomous
  • Strong oral and written communication skills that could help you inspire candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Full working proficiency in English
