Job summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Recruiting Supervisor to lead high-volume hiring initiatives aligned with seasonal workforce ramps. This role is a working lead position, responsible for guiding a small team of recruiters while actively contributing to recruiting efforts.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at scaling hiring quickly, and can balance hands-on recruiting execution with day-to-day team leadership.

Contact Center Recruiting Execution
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to meet aggressive, seasonal hiring targets
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support large-scale hiring ramps
Partner with workforce planning and operations teams to forecast hiring needs
Ensure timely movement of candidates through the pipeline to meet deadlines
Under the guidance of the Director of Talent Acquisition helps develop scalable candidate attraction and management strategies including
Provides continuous updates to all stakeholders on productivity against hiring goals and deadlines
Team Leadership & Oversight
Provide ongoing direction, coaching, and support to a small team of recruiters
Monitor team productivity, requisition load, and hiring progress against ramp goals
Lead stand-ups focused on pipeline health and hiring targets
Provides guidance on effecting recruiting, hiring team and candidate management practices
Process Optimization
Identify and implement efficiencies in high-volume recruiting workflows
Standardize hiring processes for consistency and speed
Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline velocity)
Recommend improvements based on data and hiring trends
Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on hiring plans and expectations
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, risks, and market insights
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Your experience and skills:
6+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring
2+ years prior experience in a lead or supervisory role (formal management not required)
Proven success hiring against aggressive or seasonal ramp targets
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing deadlines
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industries with seasonal and/or call center (e.g., retail, logistics, customer support, or operations)
Familiarity with Workday ATS system and high-volume recruiting tools
Experience supporting workforce planning or ramp forecasting
