We're looking for a sharp, curious intern to join our People team and support our Lead Talent Partner in taking our Talent Acquisition to the next level. You'll streamline systems, improve processes, and ensure every candidate and hiring manager has a seamless experience.
This is your chance to learn from senior professionals who'll mentor you while you make a real impact.

What you'll do

You'll become the go-to expert on our ATS, keeping it clean, efficient, and running smoothly. You'll help interpret data, set up reports, and send out surveys to continuously improve how we hire. You'll be the friendly face for candidates, ensuring they have a great experience from first contact to offer. And you'll spot inconsistencies, flag what's not working, and help us get better every day.

What we're looking for
  • You're in Barcelona and enrolled in a university or postgraduate programme (with the ability to complete an internship through a learning agreement)
  • You speak English fluently – written and spoken
  • You're hungry to learn by jumping in and getting things done
  • You're naturally curious and love helping people
  • You have a can-do attitude that gets things moving
  • You question everything – in a good way. If something doesn't make sense, you'll flag it
  • You care about quality and take pride in work well done
