Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support key recruitment processes — from screening applications to candidate communications — ensuring a smooth and timely hiring journey. This role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

What are you accountable for?

  • Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for various internship and entry-level roles.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Communicate with candidates, providing timely updates and answering basic queries on their application status.

  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate records and recruitment progress.

  • Provide general operational support in recruitment-related activities as needed.

Who are we looking for?

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

  • Outspoken, confident, and passionate about people engagement and talent experience.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • A positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.

Additional Information

  • Internship opportunities available for candidates who can start immediately, with a duration of up to 6 months
