The Talent Acquisition Intern will support key recruitment processes — from screening applications to candidate communications — ensuring a smooth and timely hiring journey. This role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for various internship and entry-level roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates, providing timely updates and answering basic queries on their application status.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate records and recruitment progress.
Provide general operational support in recruitment-related activities as needed.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Outspoken, confident, and passionate about people engagement and talent experience.
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.
Internship opportunities available for candidates who can start immediately, with a duration of up to 6 months
