Job purpose
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems (PDS) is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Working Student in Talent Acquisition at our Krakow Technical Center in Poland.
As a Working Student in Tant Acquisition, you will support the local technical center team in all activities related to talent acquisition, employer branding and participate in various HR initiatives. Varied responsibilities will enable you to acquire extensive knowledge in the HR area.
Your responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent.
- Promote job opportunities across various platforms to increase visibility and candidate reach.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers, ensuring clear communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Learn and apply effective recruitment and sourcing practices to support ongoing hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screening to assess skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
- Explore and expand knowledge within recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding areas.
- Contribute to various HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all activities.
What we’re looking for
- Being a registered student interested in the area of HR/Talent Acquisition.
- Wanting to gain work experience in an international company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Availability at least 30 hours per week
- Proactive, results-driven and team-oriented,.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Recruitment process
- CV Review - Your application and CV will be reviewed to assess your qualifications and experience in relation to the role requirements.
- Phone Interview (approximately 30 minutes) - This initial conversation is designed to discuss your background, expectations, and answer any preliminary questions.
- Final Interview (1 hour) - A meeting with the manager to ensure alignment with our company culture and discuss the next steps. This interview will take place at our office.
