Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you’ll support the end to end recruitment process and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the full interview process including scheduling, diary management, and communication between candidates and hiring managers

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR to deliver a smooth recruitment lifecycle

  • Support TA Consultants with candidate applications and maintain WorkDay with up to date, compliant data

  • Support TA Consultants with initial screening calls and shortlist candidates where required

  • Contribute recruitment related projects

  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience

  • Confidence using ATS and HRIS systems (or willingness to learn quickly), WorkDay knowledge highly advantageous.  

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

  • A proactive mindset, positive energy, and a team-first attitude
