About the Role

MSS Security is looking a high-performing recruiter to take ownership of our Medical and Emergency Services recruitment portfolio. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for critical operational roles across medical, emergency response, and specialist environments where compliance, speed, and precision matter. These roles directly impact frontline operations and business continuity.

This portfolio requires someone who thrives in high-volume environments, understands regulated workforces, and can confidently partner with senior operational leaders.

You will be responsible for driving attraction strategies, managing candidate pipelines, ensuring strict compliance requirements are met, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced national environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment across medical and emergency service roles

  • Manage high-volume campaigns and workforce ramp-ups

  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles

  • Partner closely with operational and senior leaders nationally

  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance, credentialing and background requirements

  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide market insights

  • Improve candidate experience and time-to-fill performance

  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the portfolio

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting into healthcare, emergency services, defence, aviation, security or other regulated industries (highly desirable)

  • Strong understanding of compliance-heavy recruitment environments

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines

  • Resilient, solutions-focused and commercially minded

  • Strong stakeholder management capability

  • High attention to detail with a structured approach
