Ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? Mercer is looking for a driven and talented individual to join our vibrant Talent Acquisition Operations team in the Manila, Philippines. This hybrid position calls for a minimum of three days a week in the office, offering the perfect balance between collaboration and flexibility.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage a high volume of interview coordination and logistics, including office visits, virtual interviews, and video conferences. Your clear and professional communication will be crucial to keep candidates and interviewers in sync with scheduling, confirmations, and feedback. You will also support the collection and tracking of interviewer feedback to ensure a seamless hiring process.

We will count on you to:

  • Coordinate a high volume of interviews and logistics, including office visits, virtual interviews, video conferences.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and interviewers regarding interview scheduling, confirmations, and feedback
  • Assist in collecting and tracking interviewer feedback
  • Responsible for generating and sending letters of offer and managing the collection of new hire paperwork
  • Coordinate Background Checks to on-board students
  • Use Excel to ensure proper tracking of events, requirements, candidates, and offers
  • Perform other recruitment duties and projects assigned

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Must have legal working rights in the Philippines
  • 1–2 years of coordination experience (e.g. staff/executive, graduates, interns, or apprentices), ideally within recruiting or professional services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to improving processes and streamlining procedures
  • Experience in a support role within a high-volume, detail-oriented environment
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with virtual teams
  • Quick learner and adaptable to change
  • Experience with web-based candidate tracking systems (Workday is a strong plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
